We are seeking charismatic administrators to join our Customer Service Team.   The Customer Service team will play an integral part in the success of the WTH Customer service department and is responsible for providing world-class service and world-class support to both internal and external customers.

Role and responsibilities

  • Checking and sending invoices and tickets to customers 
  • Resolve any discrepancies on invoices/ paperwork  
  • Dealing with changes to customers holidays
  • Accurately note internal calls and log support  
  • Participate in ongoing training

To be successful in this role

  • You must be motivated, enthusiastic and determined to succeed
  • Desire to work as part of a fast paced, growing company with plenty of opportunity on offer 
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Keen eye for detail  
  • Previous customer service / administration experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – our customers need to respect our people
  • Passionate about cruises and dedicated to providing customers with the very best in 1 to 1 personal service. 

Desirable skills

  • Previous travel industry experience 
  • Experience using cruise line booking systems
