Summary of the Role

Job title: Process Automation Specialist

Reports to: Head of Business Solutions

Location: Chorley

Hours of work: 40 hours per week (9am - 5.30pm / Mon-Fri)

Salary: TBA

Principle Accountabilities

  • Monitors existing daily automation processes to ensure they are effective and continuous
  • Manages daily mapping of exceptions
  • Provides daily M.I to demonstrate automation performance
  • Maximises automation rates by working cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements
  • Ensures process change requirements (eg. Supplier invoice template change) are identified and resolved quickly
  • Builds effective working relationships with internal functions and with 3rd party providers ie. Traverse and other suppliers
  • Provides training and ongoing coaching to Managers, Concierge and Customer Service teams in support of maximising automation
  • Supports the implementation of specific automation projects
  • Supports the implementation of proactive Business Solutions changes as agreed by Director/Head of Business Solutions (including occasional out of hours projects)
  • Supports and participates in Facilities Management initiatives such as desk moves and desk builds, lighting changes etc
  • Provides cover for other Business Solutions roles as required and participate in weekend “on call” rota to support the Call Centre

Skills and Experience

  • Process automation experience
  • Solid grasp of existing Sales and Service booking admin processes
  • Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
  • Works with sense of urgency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
